Access the Provider Portal website. The Login page is displayed.
In the Username field, enter your user name.
In the Password field, enter your password.
Note: If you have forgotten your password, refer to the Forgot Your Password? section for more information. You are given three chances to login. After the third attempt, AIM resets your password and a system-generated password is sent to your registered email address. You must use this password the next time you login the system.
Click login. My Home page displays.
